1991 and Later FXR Models use (2) Kickstand Springs… This little guy allows you to draw tension on the second spring to keep the HD Jiffystand in nice and tight working order.

Over time and changing of ownership… this part has gotten lost or misplaced and therefore you end up with a Kickstand that just flops around while you are riding!
